Dave & Tim Stewart
After breeding for 53 years at Hiwinui the Stewart family have shifted their Romney breeding operation to run in conjunction with Rick and Rchel Pettigrew at Kimbolton. With most New Zealand sheep now farmed on hill country it is a reality that Rams should be sourced from similar country. Dave and Tim Stewart are still very involved with the Hiwinui flock at Pongaroa, with Tim being in charge of the genetic recording.
